My Alienware m9700i-R1, apparently it's an Arina chasis, the keyboard went bad. I was able to find the model number of the keyboard MP-03753us-839, but no one seems to carry it. Alienware was bought out by Dell, so called Dell as well but no luck. Dell redirected me to other vendors who distributes Alienware replacement parts, but non had them in stock.

This is crappy, I spent thousands (at least 3x more cost than normal laptops on the market) and you can't even get parts for it. I don't think I will be buying Alienware anymore.

Meanwhile if anyone has dead Alienware m9700 and want's to part with the keyboard, please do let me know. Thanks.
